ATTENTION COMPETITORS:

2026 Rule Updates

Driver Registration & Pay:

• All drivers are required to complete an annual Driver Registration, if you have not already, please complete it today. 2026 Driver Registration
• DIRTcar memberships must be current for the DIRTcar 358 Modified and DIRTcar Sportsman divisions (optional for ThunderCar). Membership forms are available at the Pit Window and on our website. 2026 DIRTcar Membership
• Reminder to drivers that pay must be picked up by the driver at the payout window. We do not mail pay. Pay not picked up after 3 weeks will be considered a donation to the 2026 Point Fund.

Safety:

• Please keep in mind that the Snell SA rated helmets are valid for 10 years with new standards released every 5 years. SA2015 helmets are now expired; SA2020 helmets are valid until 2030; SA2025 are valid until 2035. The Snell sticker is located inside the helmet behind the padding (it will list the standard ex: SA2020 and the certification date). Check your helmet!
• Seat belts with SFI certification are valid for two years from the date of manufacture. Check your belts!

358 Modifieds

• In agreement with VP Racing Gasoline, there will be a burn off period for D-109. Up until May 11, 2026, both D-109 and D-12 will allow to be used. From May 11th on it will be VP D-12 only.

ThunderCar

• DIRTcar Membership ($85) is optional, however there are many perks to enrolling, including the Hoosier Weekly Racing Championship (Point Fund). To participate drivers must enroll by Monday, July 6th.
