Can-Am Speedway
$2000 TO WIN PRO CLONE MEDIUM TO HIGHLIGHT FIRECRACKER 50 EVENT THIS SATURDAY AT CAN-AM
The highest paying go-kart event ever held at the Can-Am
Speedway will take place this Saturday night when the Pro Clone
Mediums will battle for $2000 to win in a 50 lap feature event. Kart
racers from throughout the Northeast and Canada are expected to invade
the LaFargeville oval to try and take home the winners share of the
record purse. The Pro Clone Heavy's will go 20 laps for $500 to win
and the Jr. Blue Clone winner will take home $300 for their 15 lap
feature. All other weekly classes will also be competing for regular
points while the (3) money classes will be show up points only. With
Can-Am averaging over 100 entries weekly, the pit area is sure to be
filled with a record number of karters this Saturday night. Pit gates
will open at 2:00, hot laps will hit the track at 5:15 with Pro Clone
Medium time trials scheduled for 6:00. The first heat will get the
green flag at 6:30. Grandstand admission is always free and
